Return Policy - Items can be returned within 30 days of customer receipt. After 30 days ALL SALES WILL BE CONSIDERED FINAL. Please note that the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Please obtain a tracking number and insurance through the shipping provider used to process the return, as NYA Beauty will not be held responsible for items lost or stolen in transit, and as such will not issue a refund for items that were never received at our headquarters without proper documentation that a return was initiated.
